This is going to sound repetitive, but it’s something that we all have experienced or might experience at some point in our lives.
Stressing never got me anywhere, and never will. It’s a waste of time and energy. I spent so much time stressing over the unknown, the future. But then, when the moment finally came, I realized that none of the things or situations that I was worrying about were worth stressing over. That things got better and I was doing OK. To reiterate God’s saying, the birds in the sky don’t sow nor rip and yet our heavenly father feeds them. Can any of us by worrying, add a single hour to our lives? Is worrying going to prevent the unknown? We’re not even sure what that is, what’s to come. Yeah, I’ve realized that the energy put forth worrying could have been used or refocused on positively enhancing my life or on things that mattered most. I’ll definitely keep on trying to not worry about things that might be out of my control, and focus on making the best of the gifted present moment. We all should.
